We don’t ask for any other relevant training or previous career in care as full training will be provided – you just need a willingness to learn and develop.
About this role
The role is supporting 2 young men as they start their new journey into independent living.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, full of energy and creative, with the passion and drive to want to make a real difference in someone's life.
You will support to develop the skills required to maintain a safe and comfortable home, including cooking, cleaning and managing a household budget are an expectation of the role.
Those you will be supporting are young and wanting to experience all that life has to offer, so you will need to plan with them and create opportunities to broaden their horizons.
Gaming comes high on the list of favorite pastimes, as does going to waterparks, swimming and bowling, exploring what the local area has to offer and using the great transport links into nearby cities.
Your pay – our Support Workers receive a rate of £12.00 per hour for all worked hours. Once you are successful for a role with us, full details of your pay will be included in your written offer.
