- Experience of Mentorship and a supervisor qualification would be desirable but are not essential
- You should be flexible in your working patterns to support a team which provides 24 hour support 7 days per week
About your experience
- You will need to hold a current NMC Registered Nurse qualification (active PIN number) and ideally have experience of working with service users along a pathway to promote their independence.
- Knowledge of the MHA (1983) would be an advantage. However, updated training will be given.

Salary based on post-qualification experience, pro rata depending on actual working hours -
£32,909 per annum (£16.83 per hour) – As a preceptorship nurse
£35,353 per annum (£18.08 per hour) – At the end of your preceptorship or for those with up to 2 years post-preceptorship experience
£40,241 per annum (£20.58 per hour) – For individuals with 2 years or more post-qualification experience

- Meadow Park Independent Hospital in Ellesmere Port is a mixed gender 20 bedded Mental Health community Independent Hospital specialising in the rehabilitation of people with severe and enduring mental health issues. Through co production utilising person centred working Meadow Park offers a Multi-disciplinary approach based on a psycho social model to enable people to work through their recovery and leave the inpatient environment with the ability to be as independent as possible
- Meadow Park is the community provision of the local rehabilitation pathway with admissions from local acute, high dependency rehabilitation and low secure environments. The pathway then offers step down to community support and outreach with effective transition planning as part of a person’s journey.
